More About Dr. Bobi
I’m Dr. Bobi Farrow — a Nebraska native, licensed acupuncturist, and naturopathic doctor offering integrative, heart-centered care that honors the body, the nervous system, and the soul.
After years of practicing and studying in Arizona, I returned home to Nebraska in 2024 to build something I had always dreamed of — a space where healing is personal, intuitive, and deeply rooted in both science and nature. My work is designed for people who feel like their symptoms have been dismissed, their emotions misunderstood, or their nervous systems overwhelmed. I support individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, chronic illness, hormonal imbalance, neurodivergence, and the long tail of emotional stress.
My practice blends the tools of naturopathic medicine and acupuncture with the body’s own wisdom. I use a trauma-aware, collaborative approach that may include acupuncture, herbal and nutritional support, functional lab work, and gentle somatic therapies. Each plan is personalized. No quick fixes — just care that meets you where you are and helps you reconnect to your body, step by step.
Outside the clinic, I find joy in the slower rhythms of life: tending my herb garden, crafting small-batch remedies, and spending time with my rescue dog and cat. I’m also involved in my local community and passionate about making holistic care more accessible in rural Nebraska. Herbal medicine is a lifelong love of mine — not just something I offer, but something I live.
Healing, to me, isn’t about perfection. It’s about returning to yourself. I’m not here to fix you — I’m here to walk beside you as you remember what it feels like to be whole.
My education and scope
-
I earned my Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) from Sonoran University of Health Sciences (formerly Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine) — an accredited four-year medical school that trains naturopathic doctors in both modern biomedical sciences and natural medicine.
The ND program includes training in clinical nutrition, herbal medicine, physical medicine, diagnostics, mental/emotional health, and pharmacology. It also requires supervised clinical rotations and the successful passage of national board exams (NPLEX).
While naturopathic medicine is licensed in many states, Nebraska currently does not offer licensure for NDs, which means I cannot present myself as a physician within the state. I am currently licensed in Arizona and practice within the scope of that education and training.
-
I received my Doctor of Acupuncture (DAC) degree from the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture (PIHMA) — a nationally accredited program that provides extensive training in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), including acupuncture, diagnosis, and herbal theory.
My clinical doctorate included both classroom education and hands-on supervised experience treating real patients with a wide range of concerns, including pain, emotional health, women’s health, and chronic conditions. This advanced training deepened my ability to provide whole-person, trauma-informed care through the lens of Chinese Medicine.
-
I am a Licensed Acupuncturist (LAc) in the state of Nebraska, having completed all necessary requirements including graduation from an accredited school and successful completion of the NCCAOM board exams.
In addition to passing exams in Foundations, and Point Location, I also passed the Biomedical board exam — which is optional in Nebraska, but a requirement in most medically integrated states. This means I’m trained to understand and collaborate across both natural and conventional care systems.
-
As a licensed acupuncturist in Nebraska, I provide services that align with the defined scope of acupuncture practice in the state. While I hold a naturopathic license in Arizona, I do not practice medicine or claim physician status in Nebraska.
My services are wellness-based, educational, and supportive — designed to empower clients to reconnect with their bodies, reduce stress, and improve well-being using time-tested natural methods and individualized care.
-
My mission is to help people return to themselves, their bodies, their clarity, their inner steadiness- through acupuncture, naturopathic care, and a deeply grounded, whole-person approach.
I work with the people who often feel overlooked or misunderstood: the sensitives, the neurodivergent, the misfits, the chronically stressed, the ones carrying trauma or burnout or simply too much on their plate.
My work isn’t quick-fix medicine. It’s real, steady healing for people who are ready to make meaningful shifts from the inside out.
-
I envision a world where healing feels accessible, safe, and genuinely supportive- not rushed, minimized, or dismissed.
A world where people trust their bodies again.
Where nervous systems can soften.
Where tending to emotional health is just as important as physical health.
And where ancient medicine and modern science work together instead of competing.I see my role as a guide; helping people reconnect to what’s true for them, reclaim their health, and finally feel at home in their own skin.

Honesty & Clarity
I don’t gloss over symptoms or pretend healing is linear. I’m direct, transparent, and here to help you understand what’s really going on so you can make informed choices about your health.Emotional Groundedness
We don’t shove feelings down or bypass the hard parts. We move through them with support, curiosity, and compassion. Healing happens when your nervous system feels safe enough to shift.Root-Focused Care
I don’t treat just the surface. I work with the physical body, the emotional body, and the deeper patterns underneath symptoms so change can hold — not fade in a few days.Inclusivity & Belonging
Full Scale Wellness is a space where every person is welcome.
I provide care that is affirming, respectful, and accessible for people of all ages, genders, bodies, identities, sexual orientations, and backgrounds.Healing is for everyone — and you deserve support that honors who you are, exactly as you are.
Collaboration & Sovereignty
You are not a passive patient. You’re an active partner in your care. My job is to guide, educate, and support — not to take over your autonomy.Depth Over Distraction
I’m not here to follow trends or offer quick fixes. My work is intentional, steady, and grounded in real medicine, real tools, and real results.Community Connection
Healing isn’t isolated. I believe in strengthening our community through collaboration, education, and accessibility.
Honoring Lineage & Living in Right Relationship with the Earth
I practice in a way that respects the wisdom of the earth, the medicines she provides, and the long line of healers who came before us. My work is grounded in tradition, connection, and reciprocity — not profit-driven care.
While I value modern medicine and encourage collaboration with your primary providers, I also recognize the gaps in our current system. Here, healing isn’t rushed, transactional, or reduced to a diagnosis code. It’s relational, thoughtful, and rooted in the belief that your body already carries profound wisdom.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
I believe healing happens when you're seen, heard, and treated as a whole person — not just a list of symptoms.
As a licensed acupuncturist and naturopathic doctor (Arizona), I support clients dealing with chronic health concerns, emotional stress, neurodivergence, hormonal shifts, and burnout. Using a trauma-aware, body-led approach, I blend acupuncture, herbal medicine, functional lab work, and somatic tools to help restore balance at every level.
But what matters most is how care feels. My clients describe our work together as validating, clarifying, and deeply grounding. I’ll never rush you. I’ll never shame your symptoms. And I’ll always collaborate with you to build a plan that fits your life.
